AIIM Business Process Management Master (Zertifikats-Kurs)

2-tägiger Kurs zur Erlangung des AIIM BPM Specialist oder 4-tägiger Kurs zur Erlangung des AIIM BPM Master, durchgeführt von PROJECT CONSULT in Kooperation mit AIIM. Die Kurse vermitteln ein tiefes Verständnis von Business Process Management.

Das Business Process Management (BPM) ist ein internationales Zertifizierungsprogramm, das auch in den DACH-Ländern große Anerkennung findet. Die Kurse beinhalten einen Strategieteil in den Programmteilen Specialist (Tag 1 und 2), Implementation Specialist (Tag 3 und 4) und Master Case Study (Ortsunabhängiges Erstellen einer Fallstudie/Case Study in Deutsch oder Englisch nach dem Specialist Test; die Bewertung erfolgt anonymisiert durch AIIM-Beauftragte). Die Specialist-|Master-Module werden mit einem ortsunabhängigen englischsprachigen Computer-Test abgeschlossen, der maximal zweimal wiederholt werden kann.

Die Module bauen aufeinander auf. Bestellt werden können entweder das 2-tägige Specialist-Programm oder das 4-tägige Master-Programm. Es werden die englischsprachigen Originalunterlagen der AIIM verwendet, so dass die Übereinstimmung der Inhalte mit den AIIM-Webinaren und den AIIM-Online-Kursen gegeben ist. Im Rahmen des Master-Kurses erhalten die Teilnehmer kostenfreien Zugriff zum AIIM-Kursmaterial im Web.

Durchgeführt wird der Kurs von Dr. Ulrich Kampffmeyer. Er besitzt mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Information Management, hat als damaliger Director der AIIM das ECM-Konzept miterarbeitet, bringt die Praxiserfahrung aus über 100 Projekten in das Seminar mit ein und führte bereits mehr als 20 AIIM Zertifizierungskurse durch.

Die Kurssprache ist deutsch; die Unterlagen und die Tests sind in englisch.

Erfolgreiche Erstellung einer Fallstudie/Case Study

Ortsunabhängiges Bearbeiten der Case Study und Zusendung an AIIM innerhalb von drei Monaten nach Kursteilnahme. Nach Evaluierung "pass" wird das Zertifikat "BPM Master" verliehen.

Der Teilnahmebetrag für die jeweilige Veranstaltung ist nach Erhalt der Rechnung fällig. Der Rechnungsversand erfolgt elektronisch. Die Stornierung der Registrierung ist schriftlich bis 21 Tage vor Veranstaltungstermin kostenlos möglich. Bei Absagen danach oder bei Nicht-Erscheinen wird der gesamte Teilnahmebetrag fällig. Eine Vertretung des angemeldeten Teilnehmers ist jederzeit möglich. Programmänderungen, Absage, Verlegung oder Zusammenlegung mit einem anderen Termin  behält sich der Veranstalter vor.
